Had an issue with Nest Thermostat. On the Google Nest site, Acoustic Air was listed as a Nest Pro. Jacob answered the phone, made an appointment for the following day and showed up on time. After asking questions and scoping out the furnace, Jacob found the problem and recommended the best way to fix the problem. He ordered a part, picked the part up the following morning and was back here to install the part. Again, arrived exactly on time. He worked efficiently, installed the new part, and performed tests to make sure the new part and the installation of it worked as intended. It was raining, when Jacob came back with the part and he was conscientious about tracking mud and water into the house. I’m very happy with Jacob and the way he fixed the problem. Acoustic Air is a 5-star company and I’m going to call them in the future if I ever have a need. Jacob is awesome!! ~ Les V

I had another contractor replace my HVAC system at my house. They left a giant gap in the ceiling from the garage into my attic space. They said that's the way we are leaving it. I couldn't believe my eyes, why would they do that, where is the fire rating? I contacted Acoustic Air, he came out right away, gave me a price, came back out a few days later. Did the repair and sealed my garage backup with sheet metal. Fixed all the wild craziness that was very wrong. Too much to write out. I called Jay from Acoustic Air when I woke one morning to find my furnace malfunctioning. Jay was incredibly responsive, he answered my text messages immediately and was able to come by the same day and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was friendly and professional, located the replacement part and communicated clearly with me about the part availability and cost. Jay returned within 24 hours for installation. Had Jacob out to fix an issue with our wall furnace. I’d previously had another company out a year ago and they told me the unit would need to be replaced if it happened again, that didn’t seem right so when the issue came back we found this company. He came out, diagnosed the issue quickly, and then showed me what to do if it happened again (a very simple fix). If we have any further issues, we’ll call Jacob first. ~ S.J. R

If you are reading reviews you are likely trying to find a good, honest, and knowledgeable service person. Look no further!! Jacob is the REAL DEAL! The first repair person said we needed to replace the furnace and wanted $7,500. We called Jacob based on these reviews. He showed up in 30 minutes, replaced the thermostat, and had the heat back in in 15 minutes. Solid guy!! ~ Barbara R

When it comes to heating & air I got to no other then the best, and Acoustic it is. They are always very quick and responsive to every call I make and generally get me scheduled and have fixed every job I have sent them to. Very honest and trustworthy. Jacob from Acoustic Air came on the same day I called and tried several fixes to an old floor furnace. When new parts didn't do the trick, he came back and installed a new wall heater in a difficult spot the next day. He was friendly, tenacious and professional, not to mention available! Excellent service. AC was not blowing cold air for 2 days. Called them after hours Thursday night at 6pm to schedule soonest appointment. My work schedule was not working to be seen until Saturday. He rearranged his schedule to fit me in Friday at 8am. My AC was up and running less than an hour later. Highly recommend ~ J M

This company is awesome, called at 5:00pm and they showed up the next morning at 9:00am , found a leak in my AC line, repaired it. Recharged my system and had it up and running in two hours.
